House clearance prices in Malta

Every clearance is quoted at a fixed price before work starts. What decides the price:

  • Volume: a few items, a room, or a whole house
  • Type of items, and anything that needs special disposal
  • Access: stairs, lifts, narrow streets and parking
  • How much can be reused or recycled
  • How quickly you need it done

House & garage clearance: common questions

What can you not take?

Hazardous materials such as asbestos, chemicals, paints and gas cylinders need special handling and must be declared when you ask for a quote. Tell us what you have and we will advise.

Do I need to be there?

Not necessarily. Many clearances are done with key access, especially for landlords and estates. We confirm what is to go and what stays before starting.

Can you clear apartments with no lift?

Yes. Stairs and access are factored into the quote, so mention the floor and whether there is a lift.

How quickly can you do it?

It depends on the size of the job and the time of year. Tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote.

Do you take everything?

Almost everything household. Hazardous items such as asbestos, chemicals, paint and gas cylinders need special handling and must be declared when you ask for a quote.

How do I get rid of a mattress or sofa in Malta?

Your local council can arrange a bulky item collection, and WasteServ civic amenity sites accept many household items. If you would rather not move it yourself, a clearance service can collect it from inside your home.
